Aurora Catering has donated to the Satchmo Club Strut for several years, but in April of this year, Chef Ricky LoRusso donated his cooking talents (Coconut Curried Chicken) to NOJC's, Jazz Celebration event.  He reprised his cooking skills and donated to the Satchmo Club Strut for this GREAT party. 

You can see from the pic that Chef Ricky is about to add his secret ingredient, a bottle of Abita Amber!  OK, maybe to himself!

The event is designed to be presented to patrons on select balconies on Frenchmen, and these are usually small kitchens or apartments.  Ya can see how cramped we are!

We were doing great, until my friend Frank Stansbury came by and ate everything!!  OK , some!
