Rich Mauti's Tennis Classic

Thursday, March 30th thru Sunday, April 2, 2017

On March 30th- April 2nd, 2017, Stone Creek Club & Spa hosted a charity tennis tournament to help raise funds for cancer research, education, cancer screenings and individual needs in our local community.  Over $90,000 were raised and will be distributed through the Rich Mauti Cancer Fund, a 501 C 3 non profit, 100% volunteer organization, started in 1981.

Lucky Dogs and Domino's were among the food donators!

In Fact, Domino's donated a whopping $20,000 to the event!

OH YEA, and we cooked on Sunday!!!

Well, we started with some Breakfast Burritos and 4 Giant Grilled Salmon Filets...

But sorry no pics...

The key to cooking them is to NOT overcrowd the pan and don't move them around.... Let them sear!!
