IT was a typical mid July afternoon in New Orleans and HOT, I mean in the mid 90's!!! and I had to cook over an open flame fryer........ sooooo off came my chef coat!!

These guys were in town from New York City and wanted some REAL deep South Louisiana cookin' and partying........ that is just what we supplied!

Delta Fried Catfish, Oysters, Shrimp and Soft Shell Crabs

Throwdown Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

My GREAT friend Dustin Hymel got his Delta Blues band together and played for us! He is the director of the Belle Chase High School band and I have catered for his end of year banquet for the past 3 or 4 years. His family and mine go back to my elementary school days! Wayyyy before he was born!
