Cooking shows are all the rage!!!!

Learn the Ins and Outs of New Orleans cooking by true Cajun Chefs under the direction of Television Personality Chef Emile, of the PBS series “New Orleans Recipes” and Cox Cable's “LTV” (Louisiana Music Television).

While your participants are seated and having their lunch, let us entertain you with Cajun jokes, Bayou recipes, tips and a lot more!!

Some of our pre-prepared seminars are:

Heart Healthy” Creole Cooking, learn how to cook authentic Creole food but in a healthy way. Learn how to reduce salt, fat and calories while still maintaining that South Louisiana flavor.

South Louisiana Cooking is not all Cayenne” Learn the difference between Cajun and Creole cooking. We'll take a mental trip into the past and investigate from where we came (far out, Cher). Fresh herbs and seasonings are displayed, and vinegar and olive oil marinades are prepared for the audience.

Smoked Turkey and Andouille Gumbo” As you're sipping our gumbo, we'll show ya how to make it yourself. Our Chef will make a roux, tell jokes and completely cook our award winning gumbo.

Party Planning Cajun Style” We'll show ya how to prepare Creole and Cajun hors d'oeuvres, including our award winning Crawfish Nets, Shrimp Shells and many more. We'll plan a South Louisiana styled party complete with appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, side dishes, desserts and even after dinner drinks. OOOu Oui!!
