Beef Fajitas with Flour Tortillas
We marinate beef flanks steaks in chili seasonings then grill the fajitas with
onions, bell and jalapeno peppers. The fajitas are served with flour
tortillas, salsa, and sour cream.

Chicken Fajitas with Flour Tortillas
Strips of boneless chicken breast are marinated in cumin, black pepper, garlic
and other Mexican seasonings then grilled, we serve our fajitas with flour
tortillas, grilled onions, bell peppers and sour cream.

Nachos and Cheddar Cheese
Nacho chips and melted cheddar cheese make a perfect combination for this south
of the boarder appetizer.

Piñatas
Our beautifully decorated piñatas are stuffed with miniature toys and candy, the
object is to break them open and release all the goodies, just try to hit them!

Refried Beans
Strips of bacon and diced onions are fried down then the beans are add with
garlic, sour cream, and chili seasonings, Ole'!

Spanish Rice
Our rich tomato and chicken stock is the base to this zesty Mexican favorite.

The Custom Taco Bar
We use stone ground corn tortillas and fry them in peanut oil until golden
brown. You fill them with our homemade beef filling, refried beans, sour
cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheddar cheese from our serve yourself
taco bar.
