Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Display
Fresh fruits and garden vegetables are sliced and prepared with dips, crackers,
and relish. The highlight of the display is a uniquely carved watermelon.

Gators in the Sheets
Now I know you've heard of pigs in a blanket, well these are fresh Louisiana
alligator sausage links rolled in biscuits and served with butter and jellies.
This is how Cajuns eat their gators!

Grillades and Grits
Chef Paul Prudhomme says that every South Louisiana culture has their own
recipe for Grillades and Grits, well my MomMom would fix them every Sunday
morning right after Church. Her recipe was boneless pork loin steaks simmered
in roast beef gravy with garden fresh tomatoes.
We will also serve fried grits to absorb all the juices!!

Ham Slices
Honey cured ham is sliced then baked with maple syrup and served hot with
pineapples and cherries. This makes a great sandwich with a biscuit or
along side our scrambled eggs.

Hash Browns
Hash Browns have long been a staple for many a household in the North,
lately, many Southern tables have accepted the potato on the breakfast
plate. Who said ya can't teach an old dog new tricks?

Healthy Start
To start the day off right, we suggest: Danish, Mini-Muffins and Yogart.
Danish to come pre-wrapped, Mini-Muffins are assorted, and the Yogart
is Mixed Berry and an assortment of flavors.

Honey Cured Bacon
Fresh honey cured bacon is fried chrisp, try some and you'll know why
most people will tell ya that a breakfast isn't a breakfast without bacon.

Hot and Cold Cereal
Choose from an assortment of hot oatmeal flavors, such as, maple, honey,
and many more. Or try one of our cold cereals, just add milk or eat dry
with some of our fresh fruit.

Juice Selection
Of course, our juice bar includes the traditional orange juice but we also
supply tomato, pineapple and grapefruit juices for your enjoyment.

Lost Bread
Thick slices of french bread are soaked in our rich egg batter then grilled
to a golden brown. Outside of New Orleans people call this French Toast, but
Creoles have long cherished Lost Bread and sugar molasses as their favorite
breakfast.

Pigs in a Blanket
Fresh pork sausage links are grilled, then wrapped in our flaky biscuit dough
and baked golden brown. Sueee Weeee!

Sausage Biscuit
Farm fresh pork sausage pattys are grilled golden brown, then our freshly
baked biscuits are stuffed with the pattys. These will keep ya going thru
the morning.

Scrambled Eggs
Farm fresh eggs are beaten with just a drop of cream for a fluffy scrambled
egg. This is just the eye opener you need to start off the day.

Southern Homestyle Grits
Coursley ground hominy grits are a favorite for southern breakfast tables.

THE CAJUN CHEF OMLETTE STATION
Oui Cher! This is the omlette that us Cajuns cook every morning!
Fresh farm raised eggs with plenty of butter, shallots, mushrooms,
grated cheddar cheese, Creole boiled crawfish tails,
and country Cajun smoked alligator sausage.
Don't forget to ask the chef why alligators are considered health food!

breakfast
.
