Bruschetta al Pomodore
An Italian favorite - Italian loaf brushed with olive oil, garlic, sweet basil,
and parsley. When baked in the oven, it is then topped with fresh diced
tomatoes.

Buttered French Bread
Many Creoles will tell ya that when the French bread is fresh they can eat
an entire loaf with homestyle butter, and we will have plenty for ya!

Country Corn Bread
The staple for many Cajun cabins is fresh cooked cornbread. You can always
tell a good Cajun cook if the have a special square cast iron skillet for
their cornbread.

Fresh Baked Rolls and Butter
We supply an assortment of oven baked rolls with toppings of sesame, poppy and
onion bits. Just cut open and add the butter.

Garlic French Bread
Plenty of garlic, romano cheese, and melted butter make this a killer garlic
bread.

International Breads and Spreads
French Batards, pumpernickel petit pains, and croissants,
Mini lemon poppy seed, blueberry and banana nut muffins, bagels,
salt sticks, and onion rounds.
Asparagus butter, marmalade cream cheese,
and warmed extra virgin olive oil.

Pesto Bread with Warm Olive Oil
We use fresh Italian twist bread then stuff it with romano cheese, pecans, and
herbal seasonings. We serve our bread with warm olive oil for dipping.

or as the first step in the best sandwich you ever had!
