This was just a lazy spring afternoon at the end of the first week of Jazz Fest 2010. Jimmy publicized the event this way:

Jimmy Anselmo, Chef Emile, Armand St. Martin, and Patty Lee invite friends, and friends of friends, to Southport Hall, this Sunday, April 25th, 5 pm until 9 pm for their Free Friendship Party, Free Jambalaya, Free Parking, Free for all ages, and Free Piano Night by solo-pianoman, Armand St. Martin during Jazz Fest-time. Outdoors, on the deck, cash bar.

Myself, Jimmy Anselmo and Chef Laurent While Chef Emile sizzles with his flavorful award-winning jambalaya, Armand St. Martin will be sizzlin' with his popular New Orleans-styled piano, and his Louisiana-flavored songs and classic covers.

Jimmy Anselmo of Jimmy's Club, who spawned some of the greatest talents around will be on hand to meet and greet friends and visitors!

Chef Emile is renowned for his delicious recipes and menus, especially for his jambalaya!

Armand St. Martin and Patty Lee have released 3 Armand St. Martin's CDs of
New Orleans music!

Mark your calendars now for an easy late afternoon and early evening in Big Easy on Sunday night at the Southport Hall! Everybody's welcome!

Your award-winning jambalaya was amazing last night at Southport Hall!

All the guests were ranting and raving, and asked about your website to check out more about you and your incredible menus!

You headed out before we could properly say Thank You, Chef Emile! It was the icing on the cake - - your delicious and scrumptious jambalaya!!!

Jimmy had arranged for us to come play the music and round up the audience as a favor, as a nice thing to do for the Sunday afternoon, and he arranged your presence as well too!

So, thank you for making the whole lovely afternoon complete for everybody!

I sent out various emails to folks about the special day, and I made sure your link was on everything. Hopefully, this will help, although it sounds like you have millions of hits on your website already!

Congratulations! Splendid Jambalaya - - by far the best any of us have ever eaten!
