Fishing with Chef Joe Previte

Chef Joe and I haven't been fishin' in over a year, so..... I begged him to take me! He caught ALL of the fish, 12 Speckled Trout and a beautiful 16 inch red fish!!  I caught 3 baby catfish!!  He gratuitously gave me 4 of the trout!,  

Ann made a FANTASTIC home made remoulade sauce!

I fried up the fish with some pickles, and to top it off, some of my great friend's, Rockin' Jake's Badmouth Hot Sauce!!
