Ms Melanie Hebert, is the co-anchor of "News Channel 6 This Morning" she did the interview with us last year, and was supposed to be off for our segments, but asked to stay on for our time on camera. What a trooper!

Oysters Rockefeller

Touchdown Platter Oysters

Fried Oysters in Scheswan Sauce and Cream Grits

Melanie got to cook the first dish, Oysters Rockefeller!

Then Heath Allen, showed up on camera and we did the second segment with him cooking our Touchdown Oyster Platters.

SEE, Ricky is not mute, we gave him his own 3 minute segment!

OH yea, and there was a telethon, they raised a record setting amount of money! Congrats!!

Mr. Sal Piazza of P&J's Oyster Company graciously donated a gallon of oysters for the show!! Thanks again Sal.
