Tailgate Party for UNO Baseball Pierre Champagne Several groups helped plan for this fun event; the UNO Alumni Assc, Parents and the Privateer Athletic Foundation (PAF).

I ran into one of my OLD!!! I mean really OLD, engineering buddy and alum, Pierre Champagne. Here he is digging into the Jambalaya!!

We also cooked some Corned Beef and Cabbage (look for what is left it in the chaffer) and the PAF supplied the drinks and BEER!

Pierre liked the Jambalaya, I think he went back for thirds!!
