 Tailgate Party

The UNO Sports Foundation set up a big tent with tables and chairs.  They supplied soft drinks and COOOOL BEER! YEA!

We cooked some Red Beans with Smoked Sausage and our Chicken Stock Rice.  But I think the hit of the Tailgating Party was our Boudin!
