My GREAT friend, Jimmy Anselmo asked me to cater this
fantastic event!!!
Jimmy wanted his friends and shipmates to have some authentic Cajun food so our menu was some Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya, New Orleans Style French Bread, and Creole Bread Pudding with Amaretto Sauce.
They ate the entire pot!! AND of course, there was no Bread Pudding left.
