We are BACK!!

This was more of a food drop off then a catered function.... But I love doing business at my long time friends home!! 

I have catered many events for them... This was a fund raiser for New Orleans City Councilwoman Ms Kristin Palmer.

The Menu:

Smoked Brisket with Butter Braised Onions

Fresh Fruit and Cheese Display 

I supplied our Marinated Mozzarella... I haven't done this in a couple of years.
