It was Jessica and Greg's wedding rehearsal party and they wanted to do something "Real New Orleans"  SOOOOO, we had a crawfish boil!!

As you can see, they even helped pour the crawfish into the pot.  In fact, everyone wanted to dump a sack in!! Way COOL!

 Everyone wanted to get into the act!! That's what made it so great!

We had our usual Crawfish Boil menu:

Throwdown Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

Boiled Crawfish, New Potatoes

Corn on the Cob, Boiled Smoked Sausage

The crawfish were great, so everyone got a plate, or two, Or THREE!

The guests ate under the shelter and the Newman Bandstand!!  This is a great place to eat and watch the ducks in the lagoon!
