I was in a pouring down rain. Thank Goodness, Butch installed a tent for me to cook under! BUT, That meant that the guests had to eat inside!!

It is the first time I have served a crawfish boil in a formal living room!!!!

We had a fantastic menu:

Throwdown Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

Boiled Crawfish, Shrimp, New Potatoes

Corn on the Cob, Boiled Smoked Sausage

and Gumbo

Ann, also had:

Fruit Salad Bowl, King Cake, a full bar!

Alls well that ends well!!
