My cousin, Rod Stieffel hosted his daughter's graduation from Mt. Carmel HS with a Crawfish Boil in his back yard. This was a great time for me because I hadn't seen Rod in a couple of years. AND, I catered his engagement party a couple of decades ago!

So, with the help of his friends we boiled several hundred pounds of crawfish in his back yard. We also served our Throwdown Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice, Corn on the Cob, New Potatoes, Boiled Sausage and Hot Dogs! The Hot Dogs were a BIG hit, especially with the high school kids!

Rod rented formal white wooden tables and chairs and arranged them in his side yard. It was a FORMAL crawfish boil!

OK, REAL FORMAL!!! NO one is in the pool!!!

But then again, they are Stieffels!
