This is one of the best picnic menus that "guys" want to have.... Burgers with all of the fixin's AND.... Fried Catfish... We did them in small batvches so that they always had them hot right out of the oil..

Our Menu:

Delta Dilled Catfish

French Fries

Homestyle Potato Salad

Hamburgers with ALL the Fixin's

Mardi Gras Salad with Ranch Dressing

Now, ya gotta admit, that is a perfect plate.... Great attention to detail ketchup, lemon wedge and tartar sauce!!

During the picnic, I talked with several guys, we chatted about catfish frying recipes. Most were surprised about how much dill mustard that we used in the batter. BUT, when fried the flavor that comes through is NOT overpowering.
