This is one of the best picnic menus that "guys" want to have.... Burgers with all of the fixin's AND.... Fried Catfish... We did them in small batches so that they always had them hot right out of the oil..

He was getting ready to load up on catfish!!

Now, ya gotta admit, that is a perfect plate.... Great attention to detail ketchup, lemon wedge and tartar sauce!!
