  The Belle Chasse High School Band is under the direction of Mr. Dustin Hymel.   I have know his dad and uncles since grammar school!!!  HE is a fabulous teacher and super guy!

This was a GREAT Menu for both teenagers and adults:

Make Your Own Taco Bar

with all of the fixin's:

Lettuce, Tomatoes, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Jalapeños, Sour Cream,

Crispy Corn Tortillas and Soft Flour Tortillas

Nacho Cheese and Smokies in Penne Pasta

Charro Beans (recipe)

Iced Tea

This SUPER cake was made by one of the parents, and let me tell you it tasted as great as it looks.

As the last presentations the kids awarded every band member a Gag Certificate.  Such as "Most Likely to Fall Asleep with a Donut in your Hand" that was tooooo cool!!
