Our Fry Station was outdoors and BOY was it cold that night! But the oil was hot and the people were hungry! These are a batch of my Fried Butterfly Shrimp.
I like to use the 16 - 20 count shrimp and butterfly the tails. Large shrimp like these take a little longer to fry because they are SOOO BIG!!!
This is great, I am taking a pic of the guests getting some food, and they are taking a pic OF the food!
Kim is ALL bundled up for the cold weather!
