Every year after the Fantasy Night Auction the March of Dimes throws a "Thank You" Party for their volunteers. These people work tiresely to acquire articles for the auction.

Ms. Pam Cooper called me and asked if we would propose to do something special for her people!!!

We thought it would be fun to do a "South of the Border" Menu! So we had make your own tacos, chicken fajitas, chili, Spanish rice, Chips and Salsa!

The event was held at the Founder's Hall of Lafeniere Park of Metairie LA.

PS, who would have known that a month and half later we would be under water from "K".
