Our Menu:

Charbroiled Hamburgers with Condiments

Hot Dog with Emile's Oilfield Chili

Potato Salad with Jalapeños

Homestyle Coleslaw with Pineapple Bits

Baked Beans with Pork and Bacon

The HR Department really does this right,  they have games planned, a DJ and Tent.  Everything ya need but the ants!!  We supply the above menu, but the Dietary department also serves, cookies, chips, and drinks...... THEY also backed us up when we ran low of tomato slices and mayo!! Thanks


For lunch we set up three serving lines, both sides...... we served over 1,800 people in an hour and half.... never were there more than 10 people waiting in one line.

Mary cooked the Baked Beans

  John SimpsonMary Adams cooked our Baked Beans with Maple Bacon, onions and brown sugar.  She also kept our chili from burning, almost 30 gallons!!!

  John Simpson worked the grill, he kept the burgers coming!

All in all, a GREAT day for the finest of health organizations in New Orleans.
