Boo at the Zoo

After our demonstration of Alligator Sauce Piquant for the International School of Louisiana, we hurried over to the Audubon Zoo for the Children's Hospital's Boo at the Zoo.  We cooked a "scary" pot of Jambalaya for the cast and crew who donate their time to create this fantastic event!!

Before the event the volunteers get burgers, dogs (grilled by Mr. Richard Smith) and our Jambalaya!!

 Dave Willis is scary!!
