That's right! We can boil live crawfish, and prepare traditional - authentic - award winning - South Louisiana cooking in YOUR hometown. Or prepare Seafood File Gumbo, Throwdown Jambalaya, Alligator Sauce Picquanté, Couchon de Lait, or Turtle Soup in Your-Home-Town, USA.

We are completely mobile; we own our large propane tanks, burners, stoves and trailer Bar-B-Que pit.

We have been Louisiana's boiled crawfish ambassadors in over a dozen states.

That’s Right, I have catered parties from WTAMU, Miami's Rod and Reel Club to California's PGA West, from Philadelphia's Wharton School to Emerald Mountain, Alabama (and beaucoup points in between!).  I bring traditional authentic Cajun and Creole food to the nation!
