Interactive, and I do mean Interactive

New Orleans Inspired Spirits Class

We started the cooking class at 4:30pm.... BUT, there is some kind of law that prohibits alcohol drinking on campus before 5pm!  We had to rough it for the first 30 minutes.....SOOOO at 5:01pm we opened up a batch of Abita Ambers... and the class had their first South Louisiana inspired drink!!

I asked for help to shake the Boston shakers and Jordon Long volunteered to help at the bar!

Our Drink Menu:

Abita Amber Beer

Southern Comfort Shooters

Dixie Beer

Herbsaint Lemonade

Remos Gin Fizz

Milk Rum Punch

Sazerac Cocktails

I was on KAMR's Studio 4 to promote the Cooking and Drinking Class... Check this out!
