Yield 1 Blender (about 7 - 8 Ounce drinks)
1 PINT POMEGRANATE - RASPBERRY JUICE
2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
1 TBSP HONEY
2 TBSP PECAN PIECES
1 TBSP CONCENTRATED LIMEAIDE
1 CUP OLD NEW ORLEANS "Cajun Spice" DARK RUM
4 OZ VODKA
Combine all ingredients in blender, then fill to about 2 inches from the top with ice. Pull start!!! and run blender for about 30 seconds. Make sure you hold down the top of the blender!!!!
Serve in a clear 9 oz squat cup.
This is the recipe that I used for the WTAMU Buffs on the Bayou, it is named after their mascot. I also like to add a couple of shots of tequila to the drink, that makes it a double!
