BBQ Shrimp Lecture

My GREAT and longtime friend Chef Richard Kissinger asked me to give a guest lecture on New Orleans cooking to his class in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Richard started the class of with a tour by Ms Anita Henderson of Berry Town Produce; the class learned about the production of King Cakes!

The class then arrived at the Strawberry Fields Cooking School, Richards home kitchen!  We then proceeded to lecture on my BBQ Shrimp recipe.

Everyone got to sample the Shrimp, Salad, Bread and a little wine! Richard does it up RIGHT!
