Owned and operated local engineering design, manufacturing and installation of computer based building automation company. Managed all office and design staff, field installation crews and service facilities.

Owned and operated local catering company, leased Timberstone Reception Center, 15,000 square foot reception and catering facility. Responsible for all menu development, product design, marketing and food preparation.

Aurora Catering, Inc. April 88- Present
Own and operate Aurora Catering, Custom House Restaurant, and The Emerald Room. Responsible for all sales, menu design, employment, and operations.

Aurora Catering is a full service catering facility offering customers both on and off premise capabilities. Aurora Catering specializes in weddings, conventions, parties and banquets.

Custom House Restaurant was a white table cloth restaurant serving Cajun and Creole style foods. Custom House Restaurant closed in June 1992 when operations moved to The Emerald Room in the French Quarter.

The Emerald Room was a 5,000 square foot banquet hall with an additional 5,000 sq. feet of kitchen and office complex. The Emerald Room offered parties and event catering for conventions, weddings, corporations. The fare provided traditional New Orleans cooking custom designed for the event.

Complete off premise catering, recipe design and development, instructional/ character chef appearances, TV, and Video.
