Who said you can never go back!! I did!

I had the great honor to cater from my old alumnus, the College of Engineering at UNO. 

We were setting out our buffet and I stepped over to the awards table.  I found this plaque, ready to be awarded!  NOW IS THAT TOO COOL!!   I had the great fortune to be in the graduating class with Ernie! He and his wife Debbie are SUPER people, love 'em.

BTW, Dean Russell Trahan gave me a pass to leave the dinner early.  He let me snick out to cater the world premier of the movie, Blind Side.... My daughter Michelle, Mary and Angus did the job! Thanks GUYS!.
