Annual Membership Appreciation Crawfish Boil

Ray and Lorie Johnson of Entergy sip a soft drink while just chillin' out at the Members Appreciation Crawfish Boil.
Actually the afternoon was quite pleasant. There was a beautiful breeze that made the late afternoon a fantastic event!
We boiled up almost 300 lbs of crawfish, tons of smoked sausage, corn on the cob and some of our Shrimp Breaux Bridge Pasta. But I think the most sought after side dish was our Hot Dogs with our Chili from Hell!
..........and Kevin chowin' down on some boiled crawfish!!!
