This was COOL.!!! Kris let me change the menu this year, WOW!!!! It was loved by the Vols!!! We did three things that was supposed to be put on rice (look below), and it all worked!!

Classic Shrimp Creole
Red Beans with Smoked Sausage and Tasso
Country Corn Macque Choux
Chicken Stock Rice
Mocha Ice Cream Punch
OK, we still had the grits!!!
