I was doing a lot of station work, so I didn't get many pics. BUT, these are really cool. They are of my Cajun meat carving station! Shown are the Cajun Chaudin, Tasso, and Chaurice Sausage. Also at the top of the carving board is our Fresh Basil and Mozzarella Tomato Cristini. Those were a BIG hit because it was an unusually warm May day.
