 Wednesday, November 19, 2008 an entertaining and educational 
cooking demo wit a fabulous lunch!

I taught how to prepare authentic Cajun and Creole food in a healthy way by reducing 
salt, fat and calories - yet still maintaining that South Louisiana flavor! 

This special cooking demo was hosted by Chef Emile Stieffel, III from 
New Orleans who is very entertaining and recently appeared on "Throwdown 
with Bobby Flay - The Best of the Bayou."

A complete "heart healthy" meal was included.
