SMSU Culinology Students

Well the gang is all here!!

Sausage for JambalayaWe had to cook a Throwdown Jambalaya for the Homecoming Tailgating Festivities and as usual I try to do that as a concentrate form and in advance.   AND, boy am I glad I did!!  It was snowing before the game.  I would have been cooking jambalaya from scratch in the snow!! YIKES!!

Anyway, we got the students out of the kitchen to take the above shot. COOL!Mustang Jambalaya Tailgate Pot!

Before I arrived, they purchased two of the Throwdown Jambalaya 10 gallon pots, I needed these because I was going to cook for the Mustang Mardi Gras Tailgating Party on Saturday!  Sooooo, they got 'em and already had the bumper stickers on them to make it official SMSU Mustang Tailgate Approved!

SMSU Administrative StaffWell, guess what???!!! Even if I am in the frozen tundra of SMSU the smell of Jambalaya cooking brings out everyone!!  Dr. Danahar brought out administrative and office staff to come out to see what's cooking.Everybody wants to say they cooked the Jambalaya!!
